PATEK 5120G
Mar 21, 2008,04:47 AM
The Patek 5120G is probably the simplist, most formal, modern sized, elegant watch in the patek automatic line. And, pardon my noting it; but in percentage terms, it has been and shall continue to have the most amazing price appreciation. Consider it!

Thoughts on a "simple" dress watch?
By: respo : March 17th, 2008-07:03
I am asking for some thoughts and opinions to help me select a "simple" dress watch. I am looking for a watch that, at most, displays the date, in white metal, with a display caseback, that is relatively dressy/formal, and preferably in the 37mm-40mm rang...

215 vs. 315
By: Chromatic Fugue : March 17th, 2008-12:54

315 and 215 are really different calibres....

Hi, 315 is not an automatic 215. That's a different size, a different regulation (21600 vs 28800), a different architecture. My point was that what they have apparently in common is their standard of decorative finish. Dje
