5726A vs. 5712?

Jul 12, 2010,14:42 PM

Does anyone think the 5712 will be discontinued after the intro of the 5726? I have seen one and they have vastly improved the legibility of the hands against the dial.

Hi, Lucky you! You got the virus apparently. Yes it will be a classic and a dream for many. If I can get a 5711/1A, then my second Nautilus would be a 5726! Cheers Dje

5960 and 5070 is another level or category of Patek, and if I were you I'll certainly enjoy a more diversified collection with a classic Patek like the ones mentioned.

compared to the 5712, but the legibilty of the hands are the same. I asked if the 5712 would be discon now that the 5726 has some of the same comps, but was told they can co-exist and I agree. Though maybe if you want a 5712 now is a good time to get one ...
