Richard Mille: welcome, worth trying the red velcro

have one myself, alternate between red velcro during spring and summer, and switch to black rubber for winter......i've said it before, but the RM35-01 has made the rest of my (non-RM) collection close to useless....nothign compares with it comfort wise........would love a second RM, can't decide th

Officine Panerai: I have a blue dial Mare Nostrum

They are pretty cool, and hard to find, very comfortable - i have another regular Luminor (311) which i wear more, but i see enough Panerai in my peer group in London, and if you like wearing something special that no one else has, the Mare Nostrum's are great.....my blue 006 is not my daily wear, b

Richard Mille: Kindred spirits!

well done sir, i have put my 35-01 on the same red strap, and i think it look awesome, particularly with spring / summer around the corner.... had mine on black rubber for 5 months before the change, which also looked and felt great.... as for the carbon case, i think its pretty durable, though i've

Richard Mille: surely its a weight issue?

the WG will be quite a bit heavier than the NTPTs etc, which i guess you know.......but they are so different, what is your preference? i say that simply because i find the WGs way too heavy for me, but conversely love the titaniums / NTPTs and ceramics...... let us know what you decide - i'm after

Richard Mille: no, not sold yet.....agreed on the PAM311 though, its superb

The Panerai 311 was more of my first proper watches, and while i'm no expert in movements etc, it does seem to operate amazingly well, its buttery smooth, and the 8 days is tremendous - it really does last 8 days! And the fact that its titanium makes it so much better, its very comfortable. The AP i

Richard Mille: well you asked, here they are...

These first 3 are keepers, unless necessity dictates a sale.... AP ROO Black Themes Panerai PM311 Monopulsante 8 days IWC Miramar Pilot The other 4 i am looking to lose, just don't wear them, and will help with a second RM! It is quite crazy how much more comfortable the RM 35 is than all of these -

Richard Mille: If only there were fewer choices!

Thanks for the kind words Mark. I have lots of chronographs, simple watches made complicated if you like. However, with RM I was drawn to the simpler RMs, so things like the RM10, which i preferred to the RM29, and also the RM30, and potentially also the RM55. Obviously i ended up with Nadal, it was
