Thanks for again sharing your fantastic picture and video!  For me, this basic design has found an awesome application in the new Piaget Jazz Party Polo Tourbillon Relatif!

So I'll have to give two favorites, with conditions. If the question refers to any watch Piaget ever made then for me the hands down winner would be the now discontinued Upstream. Why? Because not only is the overall design pleasing, the clasp/deployant mechanism is simply brilliant. Someday one of these will end up in my collection:

If we are limited to Piaget's current offerings then I would go for the Altiplano. Simple, elegant, and wafer-thin. What's not to love?

In a previous thread I asked for a reissued Upstream with skeleton dial to be released (a girl can dream!).  I think that would be a fantastic piece from Piaget!

Piaget make nice watches. To be honest, quite a bit of manufactures make nice watches. But how many make watches that make you smile? For that reason, and for the sheer audacity of the piece, it has to be the Altiplano Double Jeu.

Need I say more?

Great minds think alike!  Although, if I won the lotto I might have to go for the new Jazz Party tourbillon!  Ooh la la!

I'm disqualified from the contest but I can still show my "new" favourites.....with 'modifications.....

 

If money no object:  I would go for a PIAGET Tourbilln Relatif Limelight New York Enamel Edition

 

 

 

 

If less cash, the "plain" PIAGET Tourbillon Relatif would "do" 

 

 

 

 

Just within affordability would be a PIAGET Altiplano Automatic WITHOUT seconds hand and MINUS the 50th anniversary words on the dial. 

Also the Not-Yet-Made 40 mm diameter version.....it could be a long wait!

I think lots of folks would go for a 40mm version of the new Altiplano, and a 42mm version of the Piaget Polo FortyFive (Would it be called Piaget Polo FortyTwo then?).

I can't remember the model name offhand, but I'll track it down. it is the Altiplano @ 43mm, the regular one with subseconds, not the anniversary without

Maybe crank the diameter down a few MM and have a few more dial options and I'd be all over it!

Interestig movement with FP Journe behind and a well done understated black dial.

B)



Altiplano, 38mm (good size), WG, with an incredible grey/green frinqué dial.

Saw it once in of the boutiques and liked it a lot. Thin movements and Piaget works very well for me

C)



Altiplano, 40mm, WG, dial with a puristic but interesting design approach in black.
Plus, caliber 838P, only 2,5mm thin
Lots of Piaget DNA in a puristic watch and therefore my favourite

...there are several pieces from Piaget past and present that I would love to sport on my wrist.  You have selected an outstanding trio to highlight!  I agree that Piaget does thin dressier pieces so beautifully.  They just work for me too!

My favorite Piaget is Piaget Limelight Twice.  Why? It's the 1st Piaget lady watch I get to handle in person and fell in love with.  It's hard to forget your 1st love...

I like this watch because of the contrast between the rectangular shape of the case and the round seconds sub dial and arc of the reserve indicator.

The juxtaposition of square and circular shapes does create a delightful frisson.  An excellent choice!
