The case is big but very curvy: nothing is straight here and it looks like a pebble. The combo ruthenium & orange scale works very well and gives a very modern touch to this watch. These watches from the 70's have had an up-and-down career: they were once totally old-fashioned and now they look very "up-to-date". I think they deserve more interest.
...to buying one like that less than three months ago. It was, however, a LeCoultre in 14k yellow gold with a two-tone gold dial. I'm not a big fan of the noble metals so I didn't buy it. I was told that it was in excellent condition. Yours is beautiful, as usual!
To me, there is just something about the seventies that is still exciting and vibrant. C'est la vie! N
