This is a stunning piece, made even more dramatic by your wonderful photos. I love how the natural design of the Korona lends itself to contrast created by the RG. It really adds an amazing "fouth dimension" to the overall piece.
The RG moonphase works really well against the metallic lattice and "pops out" even more when its behind the lattice when compared to the white gold version.
You also mentioned about "losing" the tips of the hand in the dial. I like how this allows you to "study" the dial just a little longer when reading the time. It's really not there for a casual glance but for an extended stare. I often find myself just staring into the dial. No other piece in my collection engages me like the dial of the Korona.
Once again, congratulations Scott. Stepan really out did himself with this piece.
