Which One?
In my quest for a A Lange & Sohne timepiece...I've reached a quandary of sorts. It's between two very different models,the Lange 1 Timezone and the Zeitwerk both in WG. As I am fascinated with the uniqueness of the Zeit,I also find the Timezone very appealing. I do hope you can share your inputs on both wonderful timepieces and help me make my choice. Thanks in advance...cheers!
If you feel you will not get rid of the digital hours and minutes...
Then go for the Zeitwerk.
It is much more original than the Lange 1 Timezone. And will certainly be a milestone, because of that. How many contenders does it have?
Now, if you are not a huge fan of digital hours and minutes, if you feel they look like an alarm clcok from the 80ies, go for the Lange 1 Timezone; for its elegance, its classicism, and its friendly complication.

Make sure to try on the ZW before you buy.
It is truly a magnificent timepiece-quite unique. But it is very big, and somewhat heavy. You must be comfortable with how it looks and feels or else your money will not be well-spent. Should it pass this test, you will be getting a very special watch.
