A piece unique Men's Speake-Marin Hand-Painted Watch.
Model: Hungry for Time
Dial: Maki-e
A 38mm 18K white gold Speake-Marin Hungry for Time" piece
unique watch. Featuring Peter's Caliber FW2012, based on a
highly modified Caliber, the ETA 2824, which he uses, as it is in his
words, "a tractor motor". It has a large balance wheel and will run
with timely service for many years. His design philosophy of his
watches outlasting their creator, is very much evident here.
The Maki-e dial is hand-painted by world-renowned Japanese
artist, Yamazaki Mushu. The design features a dragon circling the
hands about to eat the center of the dial with foundation style
hands.
The case thickness is 13.5mm.
The watch includes the box and papers.
