Description
Longines Legend diver no date in excellent condition, with box and paper (warranty card and price tag, missing user manual).
Now discontinued, it is a faithful tribute piece to the vintage 7042 from the 60s, recreated with modern ruggedness as it houses the workhorse ETA 2824 movement. It is fair to say many prefer this version over the current model due to its cleaner apperance (no date). I am letting it go to make room for my ever expanding collection.
The watch functions well. There are no visible scratches or dings on the case and sappire crystal (another modern update). The internal bezel rotates smoothly. The lume works. It comes with the original pin buckle that is currently unattached to the watch. The original straps have been replaced due to wear. I am happy to include a new set of aftermarket replacement straps (please refer to the attached photos) for the next owner.
The watch was bought in 2013 from Japan. It was obtained by me via a trade last year.
Both the watch and myself are in Hong Kong. My asking price for this watch is USD 1,900 plus shipping. Local pick up in Hong Kong is also possible.
