A. Lange and Söhne Beobachtungsuhr B-uhr

Offered for sale is a 1941 Lange & Sohne Beobachtungsuhr in remarkable condition. Comes complete with plenty of paperwork verifying its provenance. This includes a copy of the Lange & Sohne invoice made out to the German Luftwaffe in 1941, a copy of the logbook listing the pilots this particular watch was on loan to during WWII and a certificate of authenticity listing production date, original buyer, location, and serial numbers matching those on the watch. The buyer will receive all known paperwork and provenance related to this particular timepiece. Therefore, not all papers are depicted in the below pictures. Watch is easily in 93% condition + with some light superficial wear near the lugs. No outstanding marks to infer the watch is over 70+ years old. Also, the strap appears to be a replacement although I am unsure during which era. It has the marking "meister buse mainz" and is missing a small brass rivet. Finally, movement servicing was performed by the renowned ABC Watchwerks group in Los Angeles just last year and is running spot on. These guys are experts pertaining to vintage Rolex and Panerai servicing across numerous watch enthusiasts' boards. This historically significant safe queen is priced very fairly at $18K considering its history is fully documented.
