Montblanc Star 1906 Anniversay GMT Watch

According to Montblanc , this watch uses their MB907 movement which is a modified ETA-7754 (Not a modified 7750).
Please comment or confirm this information.

Will let you know. It really is an interesing feature. Anytime I can "interact" with my watches is cool. Perhaps that is why I like (but cannot afford) minute repeaters. I can touch, see, and hear them. that's three of my five senses Cheers, Mike

I guess we should imagine the founding year was 1906 for that strnge 'limited edition number' Two of the more useful functions -- 12-h chronograph and GMT -- in steel case, Pretty good combination. The retail price will be key. Regards, MTF

The maine difference between a 7750 and 7754

The 7754 is a variant of the ETA (Valjoux) 7750 which has a 24hr indicator running off of the center pinion. Just taking looking at the 1906 anniversary watch you can see the 24 hour indicator is NOT off the center pinion...so it may be a modified 7754. B...
