Intemperate complaint deleted. The poster has been advised that a private e-mail outlining his issues will be referred to the proper channel if provided.
My standard has been that complaints from new forum participants are disallowed. The poster is not completely new to our forum, and I'm willing to hear his complaint privately. I'm also willing to allow him to re-post so long as the revision is temperate.
Negative comments are allowed on this forum, but this is not a venue for the general public to issue complaints. The standard here is one of familiarity: my level of tolerance is directly proportional to the established credibility of the poster. In this case, the poster has a track record but a short one, so the more stringent rules apply. For the record, I feel there is some merit to the complaint, and I hope that he avails himself of my offer.
