Vintage Omega I.D. help

I was wondering if any vintage omega experts could help me get some information on my watch. I purchased this watch probably 5 years ago online simply based off the fact that I loved the size at 38mm and the dial has a lovely honeycomb texture. I bought it from an online website (not sure if I can mention, the pictures are the ones from that website) who said it was from year 1952. I was just browsing my new WatchTime magazine and saw the new omega tesor and thought they looked very similar. Since many of the old omega watches are generally deville or constellation, I was curious what line this fell into. I guess because it is prices inexpensive compared to other watches I own I never really worried if it was real or fake. It was my first attempt into vintage watches. Additional info given was Cal 283 and movement 13,663,746 and case 2506-13SC. Just wondering what watch this is, if there are similar ones out there as I have not seen any similar to it.

I will post the pictures from the website when I bought it was they show the movement.
