Very Disappointed with Lange - Update
On April 12th I posted a message titled "Very Disappointed with Lange" and it started a long list of comments. I would now like to update everyone on the Lange follow up. Very soon after the post, I received a personal call from Lange PR's department in Glashutte. They where aware of the problem by reading the web site comments and assurred me the matter would be addressed. Since that call, the follow up has been excellent, the people at Lange and the consultant have been very professional, and I just finished a very interesting and entertaining interview about the watch industry and Lange. I think it was important that I let everyone know how well Lange handled a very difficult situation. Thank you Lange.

it is great to read that Lange takes the PuristPro website serious and acts accordingly! Although I wasnt expecting anything less from Lange! Peter ... what about a 2-thumbs-up giveaway item for the Lange PR team (Katrin Meusinger et al.) Edwin

G'day, there´s a team involved with the interviews, so it´s not only Katrin (who does a great job, hands down). And to my experience the Lange staff in fact is very dedicated and passionate! Hmm, that´s definetely a nice idea!! Cheers, Peter
