ThePuristS trip to Glash?tte Original - some more teasers ...
So due to my computer problems, Peter beat me in posting the first pics of the trip 
No problem, since this is the reason to submit you to a double treatment. While Peter focussed on the watchmaking part of our trip, which of course was the most important one, the hospitality of Glash?tte Original went far, far beyond, and I would like to give you a very first impression of it.
A concise article on our visit will be prepared, but the problem is to collect all the pics made, bring them into a manageable format and assem ble them into a presentable shape. Therefore, I have to ask for some patience, but I assure you that you will like the result!!
So have a look at what we did during these phantastic two days:
As guests of Glash?tte Original, we stayed in one of the world's most exclusive hotels:
We were transported in one of the world's most exclusive cars, which - as we could see with our own eyes - is mostly built by hand:
We visited one of the world's most exclusive manufacturers of fine watches:
We observed closely how some of the world's most exclusive watch movements are made:
We visited the school, where the future master watchmakers, making these movements, are trained:
Finally, I was privileged to spend the time together with some of the world's most wonderful people:
I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the staff of GO, with its president Frank M?ller, who spent all the time with us, and his wonderful employees, who made this trip possible with their hard work. And finally, I would personally like to thank all the members of our travel group for making this trip a wonderful and unforgettable event for me. For those that unfortunately could not join us this time: Apparently we behaved well, since Dr. M?ller kindly repeated his invitation, and I am sure that we will be able to once again offer a trip to Glash?tte Original!
