Hi - I recently sent my partners Tag Carrera for a service as the watch had stopped. €500 and 3 months later it came back….5 mins fast per day and stopped working within a week. How can that happen?! I take it there is no QC any more…
Not sure I want to send it back again - perhaps I should ask for a refund and a free repair? Does anyone have similar experience and advice? Thanks

Do you know where your watch was serviced, AD workshop or TAG Heuer Service ?

You should return it to the AD and explain your dissatisfaction. Let us know how you get on.
