Patek Philippe - Question about 3893 dial

Question about 3893 dial

Hi everyone this is my first post! I’ve been collecting for years but have only just been interested in PP, perhaps due to living in Geneva temporarily. I love the vintage and neo-vintage calatravas/ dress watches below 36mm.

I came across ref. 3893 recently. It seems like it has an enamel dial? Looks fantastic from what I’ve seen on the internet but I’m having a hard time locating much information.

Can anyone point me to more information about this reference?
