this patek 2499/100 has a special dial with a "floating" signature and the font style is most probably unique to this watch. One can see the round "g" in geneve which is unique to this 2499/100 watch. This shows how most fo these were made by hand and the dial plates were hand engraved.

as far as I know it is unique (out of all the 70+ 2499/100s known to the market this is the only to have appeared with this dial) and all watches with close serial numbers as well have different dial types
