Old Patek 5960P clasp vs. current one....thoughts?
I was wondering if any of you who have seen or owned the original tang style clasp on their 5960P have any opinions on it vs. the newer calatrava style clasp. Any ideas why Patek discontinued the former? Is the newer one more expensive if bought separately? Owner preferences in terms of style or function? Thanks in advance for your help as always

My 5296 came with a simple tang. Bought the deployant because it's far more easier to close and safes the strap. But best part for me is the white gold calatrava against the glossy blue aligator strap. This part gets aas much looks as the watch itself...
