Ladies Patek watch
Looking for some information of a Patek Philippe Watch. Belonged to my wife's grandmother. I believe that it is fairly old. Have the original red velvet lined case. Watch is a ladies 18K yellow gold with yellow gold bracelet. Inside caseback has the ref # 3253. Would like to know more about the watch and its approximate value.
