Is it possible ?
I am interested in the Patek perpetual calendar 5039. A few weeks ago (it was very hot) I went to the Geneva salons. I tried the watch and enjoyed it. I just asked : "I am glad it is 25m water resistant because there of perspiration during such a summer". And the lady answered me : "better not to wear a PP PC with this weather, the case is not screwed and therefore some perspiration could enter the movement" !!! Is it possible ??? Who would buy a watch that cannot safely handle perspiration or an unexpected rain ? I want to live with my watch, not for my watch ! I don't think that having a non-screwed case makes the watch non water resistant : Dufour simplicity is not screwed and was tested my the master withour problem up to 50m.
