help on a Patek table clock...

This is the story:

My grandfather repaired watches for more than 50 years; as a kid, I usualy looked carefully to all this complicated world. The most attractive clock in his shop was a table clock "Patek Philippe" - a 10cm round face in Art Deco style, in a round steel box...

Does anybody know more about this model ?
