Help needed: Problem with Nautilus
Hi everyone. Some advice needed on a problem with Nautilus. My wife just bought a brand new 5800. Timing accuracy normally runs OK, but when watch has wound down and she winds it up manually (say 30+ winds) & sets the right time. The movement seems to have a problem as very shortly the watch will be like 30 mins slow (although it then seems to pick up speed again - i.e. its timing is accurate, just 30 mins behind the correct time).
Watch is with Patek service now but wondering if anyone has experienced anything like this or might know what the problem is.
