Exemplary Service
This morning I had the occasion to speak to Richard in Patek’s New York Customer Service Department regarding my new 5085. I could not have been more pleased. Richard was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Given that the Customer Service Department is one of the public faces of an organization, if everyone in that department exhibits Richard’s level of customer service, Patek is a very fortunate organization in deed.
