Patek Philippe - Can someone help spot a fake?

Can someone help spot a fake?

Hi There,

Newbie post. I recently came in to posession of an antique Patek Philippe (at least I hope). It seems to be from the 20s to 30s and I havent had the chance to take it to a reputable place to open up and get a look at the caliber. I noticed the spelling of Gevena vs Geneve as I normally see on Patek's and thought this would be a dead giveaway it was a fake. I saw a few more photos and dont beleive it to be so. Also it has Switzerland spelled out at 12 oclock.

Any help would be appreciated!

Ladies wristwatch (I beleive maybe pin?) Rope band, Hexagonal shape, no markings on back of case except initials.

from the dial it is hard to say. The vintage pieces I've seen usually have Geneve (French spelling) not Geneva, but that doesn't mean the other wasn't used. and the "look" is right to my eyes. Here's a mens WW of similar vintage...

.have a look at the movement and inner case markings, the dial and movement could be correct but the case may not be a patek philippe case.

gut feeling says: genuine

The fact that is is written "Geneva" and not "Geneve" is not a real hint for a fake as I know of vintage ones with Geneva on the dial. Also: I very much doubt that Patek was so popular and, more logically, so well known that anybody would fake it. The cas...
