An example of how much of a gentlemanly person Dr. Frank Mueller is!
Dear All:
I was one of the happy few who could attend both the product presentation Dr. Mueller, CEO of Glashuette Original, gave to us internet watch aficionados, as well as the now traditional Glashuette Original Dinner on last Friday's evening in Basel.
Not only did Dr. Mueller reserve his precious time for two watch presentations, he also treated us like private guests with an excellent dinner, fine wines accompanied with a very enjoyable and entertaining ventriloquist's performance.
But this is not all:
After the dinner we were about to be driven home from Basel to Zurich (in a bus hired by GO!), when I realised that my rather new coat was missing. Not only did Dr. Mueller help searching, he also offered immediately to re-imburse me for my loss! I was speechless and only can say that Dr. Mueller is one of the rare breed of true gentlemen and caring hosts.
Thank God the coat turned up the next morning, so I was a lucky man again.
I thought that this attitude by one of the central industry figure serves as a role-model and is surely worth a public "thank you"!
