A stunning custom Piaget!
Not unlike some of the other great houses in the Swiss watch industry, Manufacture Piaget will undertake bespoke orders if they are consistent with the company's values.* I've previously posted about the "fingerprint" Altiplano, a watch personalized with a customer's fingerprint in diamonds (see a live picture in this link from a previous post: click here ), but one of the most customizable watches from Piaget is the Piaget Polo Tourbillon Relatif.
Below are photos of a bespoke piece that Piaget created for a client. It's an amazing representation of what Manufacture Piaget can do. As you can see below, the dial, case back, flanks, and crown are all customized and gorgeous!
Piaget Polo Tourbillon Relatif Special Order.
This custom Tourbillon Relatif is decorated with a Chinese theme.
The dial features enamel-work, engraving, and gem-setting.
A detail of the Chinese dragon on the inner ring of the dial.
The Roman numerals practically float on top of mother-of-pearl pools. This may be my favorite part of this watch.
The back features a Chinese motif on a field of red enamel (this photo has been retouched to obscure the watch's serial number).
The flanks also feature enamel, a custom crown, and more Chinese motifs.
The opposing flank is enameled in red and features Chinese warriors.
I hope you enjoyed seeing this special piece. It is a very successful example of Piaget's strength in watchmaking and the decorative arts.

Piaget is capable of making some truly stunning pieces, the designs from Piaget are classical, elegant, and have a little bit of "eccentric styling" that makes them unique. This is one of the reasons I love this brand regards Marwan

Obviously a lot of thought has gone into the custom design of this watch. The owner will be very happy. Personally, I think I might have asked for index markers or perhaps chinese characters for 3, 6, 9 and 12. Regards, Richard.
