Hello gang,
I was sitting in our living room when I heard a strange sound in the hall. When I
walked into the hall I saw the postman walking away and he had left a package on the doormat:

A quick look at the label learned that this package came from ?my? Lange AD in
Maastricht. But ... the package wasnt big enough to hold a watch! I knew the AD was
sending out a Patek 5102 to its new owner, but I dont think Patek uses very thin boxes
to store their watches in ... away went the hope for a mistake made by my AD ![]()
What is in this envelope:

Aha, now I remember, my salesperson promissed me to send me ?the? Tourbograph book.
And in a recent e-mail he mentioned a ?special?, which, at that time, was overlooked by YT.

The note says:

The text says something like:
"" Dear Edwin, enclosed some reading material to get you through the day, Jean ""
I was very exited and Within a minute the shrink wrap plastic was removed from the
Tourbograph book and I stared at this picture:

... goosebumps ... Another LEGEND !
I never had the pleasure to meet Herr Bl?mlein in person, but I hear so many nice
stories about the man (on the Lange forums but from Herr Knothe and from reading Herr Lange?s
book as well), what a great character he was and how important he was for the resurection of
the new Lange und S?hne.
What a great picture this is and I thought that people might appreciate me
sharing it with you.
And after reading the dedication of the book:

Signed by:

I now want a Tourbograph!
I wish you all a great weekend!
Warm regards,
Edwin
btw, I would love to cover the walls of my study with pictures like this:

OK I?ll admit, I love to cover EVERY wall of our house with these but I know someone who would object to that
