* New Gondolo ref. 5111 *

Hi all,
this new family member of the Gondolo line will be availlable in yellow-, rose-, white gold and a two tone platinum/rose gold version.
It's fitted with the well known handwound cal. 215 PS. It's a quite large watch with dimensions beeing 47.8mm x 32.9mm and 7.95mm thickness (quite flat for the size), 21mm (!) between the lugs. The solid case back is secured by four (gold) screws and it's waterresistant 25m.
Patek Philippe's press release describes the roots beeing in "Art Deco" and the models of the 30ties to 40ties - personally I'd see more resemblance to the 50ties - especially the dial and hands combination.
The platinum/rose gold version is very beautifull (my personal favorite of this ref. ) and the dials/hands are stunning.
All hands are massive gold and the seconds hand is galvanized with black nickel. Strap comes with tang buckle.
For my taste the case (especially the sides, vertically) could be a tiny bit smaller - but as I'm more a "vintage guy" I could very well be alone with this wish
