Patrick_y, a respected voice in the WatchProSite community, offers an insightful first look at the Vacheron Constantin Traditionelle Complete Calendar. His review provides an initial assessment of how this new model integrates a complete calendar complication into the classic Traditionelle case, inviting collectors to consider its design and technical merits. This article synthesizes community reactions to help new readers understand the nuances of this significant release.

It's another new model from Vacheron Constantin!  This time, the Traditionelle case has been reinterpreted to accept a Complete Calendar movement.  I'm a fan of the Traditionelle line, and you will find my review of the Vacheron Constantin Tourbillon in the Traditionelle case here: www.watchprosite.com

It's got a beautiful grey and black dial with a very organized and symmetrical layout.  Keep in mind, this isn't a "smart" calendar, meaning it assumes every month has 31 days.

The case and dial are well laid out and share a symmetrical balance.  The whole form of the watch looks very architectural.

Vacheron Constantin obviously has some of the world's best movements.  And this one is finished to typical Vahceron Constantin standards and does feature a Geneva Seal!  Cased up, this watch is 10.7mm thick, slightly thicker than I'd like, but it offers some nice wrist presence!  The thickness is well proportioned to its 41mm case, so it's a modern size!

It's a beautiful work of art, this movement, and deservingly cased in white gold.

I am a big fan of Vacheron but this one I’m not so sure I like it. It feels a bit like the dial of the Historique has been tailored a bit and put into a Traditionelle case. To me this particular model has lost a bit of the Traditionelle character/identity. Movement and finish are beyond doubt but I would have to see this in my hands and even then I’m not sure I’ll be convinced. Secondly I agree with Nico, 1 or 2 mm smaller is preferable

could work on an average wrist due to the dial colour.

I actually really like the dial design....but the size of the case and the movement are not up to par.

I think i prefer this white gold version to the existing rose gold one...

With PCs and ACs readily available, I don’t „get“ triple calendars. I understand VC‘s history with them, but from a users‘ perspective, I can’t really get myself to set these dates every other month. And I wouldn’t bear to keep the date unadjusted on a calendar watch (I don’t care too often on simple time-date watches). Maybe it’s just me… Best, Daniel
