Andy's spontaneous acquisition of a new Swatch skeleton watch sparks a lively discussion among collectors, highlighting the enduring appeal of fun, accessible timepieces. His post, featuring vibrant photos of the watch and its unique multicolored dial, reminds the community that watch collecting isn't always about haute horlogerie, but also about joy and personal expression. This thread explores the charm of Swatch's playful designs and their place in a diverse collection.

I was in Manchester today (seeing the Dalai Lama) and I always look in the local watch shops and found this new Swatch..!! I couldn't resist and bought one straight away, they come in a rainbow of colours (yellow, red, blue, white, orange, green, pink and purple) but I just went for the classic black.....so here is my new toy.....

One is ok, two is a thema. :) Very lovely Swatch, my friend. I was thinking about another one, whose name I don't remember, though. Say Hello to THe Dalai Lama! Nicolas.

sporty skeletons....good job my dealer does RM..!! But then again that could be a bad thing too :) Or what if JLC do a nice Extreme Lab 3...it's difficult to think of many sports watches with the quality of an AP..? The thema continues....

It looks nice on the wrist. I love Swatch watches, great price and value. The pics with the AP looks fantastics, best of both worlds. Enjoy them. Vte :)

this was under £50....the coloured ones would be great for a holiday watch as they'll take sand, sun cream, swimming and bashing about during the day. The only poor point is how loud it is..!! I can hear it at the far side of the room at night. Andy.
