MTF introduces an updated silicone strap system for the PuristS All-Black Rescue (ABR) watch, addressing previous comfort and wearability issues. This post highlights the meticulous R&D behind the new two-piece design, which aims for easier single-handed operation and improved comfort for a wider range of wrist shapes. The discussion provides valuable long-term user feedback and insights into the practical aspects of this specialized watch accessory.
Dear Forumners,
After a meticulous R&D process, St Gallen Watch has a new improved version of the medical silicone strap for the Disinfectible range.

Our PuristS All-Black Rescue watch is part of the Disinfectible range and originally came with a three-piece strap system for easy cleaning and disinfection. It was a tad difficult to put on single-handed and hurt people with odd-shaped wrists.
The new strap system is only two-piece and comfortable.

The regular colours are available too EXCEPT red , which is the limited edition for original PuristS watches.

Yes, I think we have a few here! Best, Nicolas
The original straps were a bit clumsy to put on, to say the least and now it is on Nato strap. This one is way cool and looks much easier to put. Thanks for the news! Ken
I like these new straps, I've emailed Alfred, look forward to a reply. S
How did you get the Nato strap installed on your ABR? S
... and using that as the spring bars for other watches. Nato may be a bit thick, but it is doable. Ken
They don't come with the ABR itself. Cheers, Anthony
