Today I went to the Rolex AD in Amsterdam to try on a rosegold Cellini Time. I was curious to see it in real life and I must admit it is a beautiful dress watch, so I really considered buying it, but then something flashy caught my eye. The TT Submariner. A watch I have often looked at but always decided it was too flashy for me. Looking at the two completely different watches side by side my heart jumped every time I looked at the Submariner and I go by the rule that if a watch puts a smile on my face, rationalisation is out the window, so I pulled the trigger for a different watch than what I came for...
