Jocke - Bad Santa introduces the REC P-51, a unique Kickstarter watch that incorporates recycled parts from vintage Ford Mustangs. This review details the unboxing experience, design elements inspired by the iconic car, and the watch's overall presentation, offering a collector's perspective on this innovative concept.
The license plate frame is from La Jolla, near me. The front plate is actually a rear California license plate. An interesting concept - but I\'m not sure how the Mustang body panels are converted into the watch dials. Did they melt them down, or punch out the dials from the fenders? Cheers, Cazalea
I wasn't sure if I was going to like it despite Mustangs being my favorite classic cars, but I genuinely do . Very good effort on the manufacturer's part I think. Have a great time wearing it! Cheers, Filip
The quality of finishes are excellent for the price. Congrats for this purchase, it is a piece with style. Thanks for the outstanding pictures. Fx
I have a few of these Kickstarter's watches and I found them in terms of packaging, much better than branded watches, though they use Japanese or China made movements, their overall design stood out and most important, rather affordable.
... they will not put their eyes on my own 1966 Pony as a potential donor! Lol! Cheers! Abel.
they never touch that beauty my friend. Congrats to a great car.
