Heartbreaker's post celebrates a delightful win in a Piaget contest, offering a personal unboxing experience of the prizes received. This article highlights the excitement of community engagement and the tangible rewards of participating in brand-focused challenges. Heartbreaker's detailed account showcases not just the prizes, but also the appreciation for the 'educational' aspect of such contests in deepening brand knowledge.

On the 12th of September, our dear moderator MTF has launched a funny game: he published a varied series of pictures on the theme "Piaget people and products", asking to name the Piaget products. The winner would have been the fellow PuristS that published the "best" answer.

On the 16th of September, the winner of the contest was proclaimed: it was ME! WOOOOW!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH, MTF!!!

Some days ago the prize arrived, after a long flight from Singapore to Sicily... Let's take a look inside the yellow package...

The first thing that popped out was the first surprise: a true Piaget press release from 2009! Well, it's a bit seasoned, but nonetheless it's a very cool stuff. I can imagine how exciting must be to receive these documents directly from the Manufacture, especially when their object are under embargo.

The second surprise was the fact that the prizes were 2: a Piaget key ring and a Piaget passport/card holder!

The key ring is made of high quality, black full grain leather with a very refined blue stitching.

The passport/card holder is made of high quality, black tumbled leather with soft nappa leather inner, in an elegant sand hue.

Would you like to know how will I use these much appreciated prizes? The key ring will host the keys of my recently acquired pedal-assist bike; also the passport/card holder will be appropriately used.

Finally, I would like to thank again Melvyn and PuristSPro for these outstanding prizes! I think that funny contests like "Piaget people and products" are in some way "educational", because they give the opportunity to enjoy the personality of a Brand and to deepen its knowing and appreciation.

Ciao,

Elio

Elio, Wow! I sent by registered mail after the Hong Kong exhibition 'Watches & Wonders 2013' and you only just received? At least it was not "lost at sea"! ;) I'm sure I stipulated by airmail. Enjoy! MTF

You're right, Patrick, the passport&card holder gives a very pleasant tactile feeling (both the esterior and the interior, actually). Ciao, Elio
