Patek Philippe World Time Enamel Dial

Just kidding! Gorgeous dial - I think I am partial to the white enamel which is why I think this is the loveliest of all the enamel world timers.

I guess it’s time has come so will become another classic likes it’s previous references.

It's indeed heavy, but feels great on the wrist, at least for a few seconds 😛

Now that it's been discontinued, I wonder how many are out there.
