AndCavanaugh's original post brings to light a deeply concerning and unusual series of events impacting Patek Philippe employees. This report details two separate mail bomb attacks, highlighting the severe personal toll on individuals connected to the esteemed watchmaker. AndCavanaugh's meticulous summary, drawing from French sources, provides critical context for understanding these unprecedented incidents within the luxury watch industry.

Patek Philippe has reportedly received mail bombs in the past, along with threats of direct attacks on employees (4). Le Temps and 20Min allude to the events of 2021--a sensitive topic I won't discuss here. The image is from source one, showing the lobby of the apparent building after the explosion. The company sent a memo to employees the following day, saying that “mesures de renforcement” were being taken at Plan-les-Outes, and told employees to keep their heads down (3). The sixteen hundred employees at Plan-les-Outes seem to know no more than we do, 20Mins talked to several who felt shocked, but not scared. (5)
All sources are in French.

I hope for the very best recovery for the young girl and that this insane crime will be solved by police quickly.
happened. A very sad state of affairs that this type of destruction occurs in this world. I pray for her quick and complete recovery. 🙏🏻 All the more reason we need to spread more love.
I wonder what has motivated these bombings?
I hope the little girl can make a full recovery and I wish fortitude for the parents of this little girl, they must be devastated. The police should catch the person(s) who performed this heinous attack at once, this is unacceptable.
So sad to read this. Hope the girl recovers fully!
