but still feel unreal and I’m quite not awake thinking it’s like a dream.

Here’s the short story:

Thu (6/28) morning: AD friend called and said he has a 5167R and asked if I’m interested.

I said not now since I have other priorities but if you have a SS version, I will be interested, thinking this is near to impossible 🙄, actual fact is my watch budget can’t afford the R version. The R version looks stunning too.

Come afternoon, he called and said “You know what? A client who ordered the 5167A decided to go with the R and here I have the A, are you interested?”

Guess what, 2 days later and it’s here. Never have I thought about getting an Aquanaut because I’m still waiting for my 5711/1A, which I was told in 2019.

However there is this voice behind my mind that kept flashing pictures of this Aquanaut by Geross, JC/, Kari, Maltie et. al that my instinct and shaky voice say “YES!” “YES, Thank you my AD friend for thinking about me!”

I can’t be happier as this is just in time for my cruise trip tomorrow.

Quick review, watch is light and feels super comfy. Rubber and clasp quality is awesome....the 324SC needs no introduction, nice finishing as expected, great watch for many occasions...now I need some tricks from members how to trim the strap so I won’t screw up.

To some members who are waiting, miracles do happen so I wish you good luck in getting a call soon.

Yes, I wear gloves when handling my watches, that’s why they always stay prestine 😬
