In this heartfelt post, cbb in honor of Chamnong Bhirombhakdi shares a deeply personal connection to the Patek Philippe Ref. 6002G, a timepiece that symbolizes the enduring bond with their late father. This article explores how a cherished watch can transcend its horological significance to become a vessel for memory and familial legacy, prompting readers to consider the emotional resonance of their own collections.

With months spent away from home due to pandemic, finally I made in back to Bangkok and had the chance to dine out with my family.  Given this opportunity, I selected one of my favorite dress with an alluring dark blue color overlaid with a black pattern.  My father taught me at an young age that the clothing is supposed to match the watch which is the main focus!   ( I always select the watch before my outfit 😁 )   With such motto, I wore this dress to match 6002G which was truly a darling (other than me πŸ˜‡) to my dad.  6002 was my dad’s β€œSweetheart”  Furthermore, with this watch on my wrist, I felt the presence of my dear father! He adored the minute repeater sound and  whenever I get a chance, I still wind them for him.

6002G is β€œmusic” to my ears and the enamel dial is simply fabulous! πŸ‘

The Diamond πŸ’Ž ring is great but 6002G was the main event for this dinner.

Do you also find clothing to match your watch ?
