Complications
The AP regulator looks very interesting, but I like the cleaner look of the Patek, which I had the privilege to handle and listen to last summer (thank you Mr Vergotti).
The raised Breguet numerals and the enamel dial win it for me

And aesthetically, to me it also wins over your other AP. In any event, those are both truly spectacular pieces, so congrats regardless of any rankings!ππ
It's a wonderful reference with no extra complications (which can obscure the sound). Simple understated case and white enamel dial that doesn't give a hint of what's underneath. It embodies all that Patek is!
