Miles_151 shares a personal reflection on navigating the early stages of lockdown easing in the UK, using his Patek Philippe watches as a symbol of hope and a return to normalcy. His post invites readers to consider the role of luxury timepieces not just as objects of desire, but as companions through significant life events. The discussion that follows delves into the aesthetic choices for these iconic references, particularly strap pairings, and touches upon the broader context of the times.

And it is going to continue for a while longer. As we are all having our lockdowns eased slightly I just want to wish everyone a good healthy weekend and try not to over do the socialising.
These beauties are happy to be released from total lockdown also.

I’ll put your name on it. 😉 I am thinking of swapping these two straps over though. I think the pale blue will go well with the 5070p and Salmon with the darker blue???? M.

Gives it a playful character. I prefer this to the more serious dark blue. Or, go classic, to a brown or tan? And yes, please do put my name on it 😄👍🏻
