Mach, a recognized voice in the Panerai community, introduces the Radiomir Officine PAM01385, a limited-edition re-interpretation of a 1935 prototype. His initial impressions highlight the watch's distinctive coffee-brown sandwich dial and its historical lineage. This article synthesizes community reactions, offering a comprehensive look at how this online-exclusive release resonates with collectors.

The PAM300 represents Panerai's Mare Nostrum series in a steel case configuration. This reference delivers the Mare Nostrum design in brushed steel construction with a substantial 52mm case diameter.
The watch features a brushed steel case measuring 52mm across, paired with a matching brushed steel bezel. Protection comes from 1.6mm sapphire crystal, while water resistance extends to 30 meters. The movement is the Calibre OP XXV, housed within the steel case construction.
This reference appeals to collectors seeking a large-format steel sports watch from Panerai's Mare Nostrum collection. The 52mm case size positions it for those who prefer substantial wrist presence, while the brushed steel finishing provides a utilitarian aesthetic. The PAM300 offers an entry point into the Mare Nostrum series for collectors focused on steel case variants.
They are getting better and better with these Radiomir, I think the small seconds look a little lost, a touch too small but I think for the asking price it's a great piece. Pity it's online only as it would be nice to examine up close
I received an email showing this tobacco dial, but they also included the following white dial variant, and a blue without the seconds hand. I favor the tobacco just a bit more than the white dial.
I would much prefer if the Unitas could be used.
Looks really good and really promising! I can't wait to see it in person! Looks VERY VERY GOOD! Could be GREAT in person!
that after a long time, the Swiss might have sorted things out nicely. This is the 3rd or 4th model of the Officine Line and I think the Line will produce models with "pure" Panerai DNA as the Florentines used to, before dissociating themselves from production of watches. If that's the case...about time and BRAVI, I.M.O.
A little on the large size for me, but it is a PAM and so definitely an exception!
