This PAM00574 wears really small for a 42 mm diameter, and it isn’t thick either. It’s sporty yet elegant. It’s simple too: Hand-wound movement and no date. I like it although some Panerai fanboys might say that this is a ladies watch. πŸ˜‚ Best, V.
