Same for me, the 2021 Hesalite is my first Omega, and has hardly left my wrist since buying it 3 months ago. I too can only command the service I got at the Omega shop.

No service and bad treatment. But this note is tru, i know great dealers who care about customers and sell Rolex. No worry if i buy a Rolex in their shop. Models on my target:
