Picked this
up last sunday . An early 1970 Seamaster Chronograph that is not seen so often.
Lovely blue dial and funky orange hands
Strange engraving on the back, maybe an inventory number ?? Nice clean movement.
Ref. 145.029
Cal. 861
1970

I saw two of those on the past but yours seems to be in a wonderful shape. Congratulations, Nilo
. . . of blue dial and orange constant running hands for this reference, Thomas. The more common version has white subdials and perimeter, with blue chrono hands. Incredibly handsome; one of relatively few Omega chronos I find appealing on a purely aesthetic basis. The case, dial layout and coloration, and especially those orange 'n black hands - stunning! Cordially, Art
