Isn’t watch collecting(above a certain price bracket) a rich persons hobby? I personally like the Code more than the RO, more originality, and to be honest, the word “iconic” doesn’t mean much to me if I don’t like the watch(everyone’s mileage may vary)! But in all reality we buy what we like, and what makes us happy! 🥂
Sometimes it is not about the wealth....I do think if myself (who can afford it) vs a "star", both without a brand history, walk into a store to ask for a watch, there will be a biased on allocation. It's all good, this is life and I understand how it works )
