A very fine example of a rectangular cased Omega. You don't see many of these around.
Hi I had two one in steel and one in gold... both are gone now. The gold one in a different case ref approx 31mm by 31 mm ( I also came across a version of this case in chronometre grade with a not sure if it was a 333 or 343. , Omega also made this case style with date at six as well). and the only photo of my Sq steel one like yours !! old email address on the photo also ! The condition of this piece is exceptional. I always enjoy seeing clean unpolished cases such as the one in your piece - too often these vintage omegas get polished down through the years and even today, the goal of many is to make the watch look "new." A pleasure to see one that survived nearly 60 years of existence virtually untouched. I have one in 14k pink gold and will post the picture later when I have a chance to find it.
