Many of these ultra complicated pieces seem to exist just for the novelty factor. It often happens that design is sacrificed for the sake of complication, which doesn't really appeal to my taste.
owning a sister timepiece I can assure you that the case works very smooth on an 6-7 inch wrist and is perfectly balanced. Nico was surprised as well ;-)
