I would today look again on an interesting Arcadia. The guy let serviced the watch in September 2022. It has a AS movement, so the parts supply can be poor or in the middle. I know Dubois et fils use a AS movement in their watches, so their can be parts available.
I’m also in bed in Spain due to ( probably ) that same bug! And it’s one of the worst I had in a long time with very high fever, hope your bugs are easier on you
