I have much admiration for their productions in the 1950's.
I was mentioning the 1950's because I own two specimens fitted with Cal. 27 M.S. and French market rose gold cases from the era I especially like. But you are right, Longines has been a very impressive company, with many a vintage model I would like to own.
As well as a whole range of time-only watches, for example and in no order : Art-Déco. tanks fitted with Cal. 20.28, 1950's Cal. 27. 0S., etc.
What's lovely is that your win is not always anybody else's loss: by sharing pictures and insights the winner also increases collective utility.
You don't exactly look like a total loser either.
Personally I find the design of these quite generic..
